I seriously doubt that the room was ever tidied up. The bed was in the same state as shown in the picture when I came in . It was too late and I was too lazy to look for a waiter. The location is good and there is a free shuttle bus, but the price is not much cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

I had an overnight transfer and was pretty disappointed with my stay. I booked a king room at the last minute and my flight was an early morning flight so there was no shuttle and I had to pay for a taxi to get to and from the hotel. When I arrived at the room, it was spacious and clean, but there were no amenities (luckily I packed my own and there was only one working outlet in the entire room). The walls were very thin and someone had their tv on full blast the entire night, on top of that there was a lot of traffic outside of the door, making it impossible to sleep. However, there is an ihop next door, convenient for breakfast. It was 3 miles from the airport so the trip was short, but being San Francisco, everything was expensive. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re in a bind like I was.

I booked this hotel months ago and asked for a room near the lobby as we had 5 suitcases and I’m 81 years old. We checked in and found out our room was in building 7 as far away from the lobby as you can get. We had to haul all our suitcases down which was not easy. We had a early morning ride to the airport and had , once again haul everything back. I had booked this hotel again in December but I canceled and will get another hotel which I hope will be more helpful.

Location and service was simply alright. Hotel room was cleaner than I expected for the price. Not a bad location to stay during a flight layover.

don't even think about it. Don't look at the low price. Where to begin? Stains on the carpet, in the tub, on the walls, smell in the room, beds, worn out, curtains, tattered, and stained, CD back part of the property, and to top it all off, our car was back ended, and the culprit escaped.NAH, don't even think about it.
