Pretty dissapointing experience at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler around the world and did not experience something like this before ever. There was a big note in the bathroom which said please call front desk if you require complimentary toiletries. When i called the lady said its $2 for a toothpaste. I replied back saying your note in the bathroom says its free and she replied back saying “not anymore “

The room is not very big. Many things in the hotel look quite old. However, the hotel staff are very friendly and the price is not expensive. I will still consider choosing this hotel in the future. The swimming pool is small

I was in a hurry to find a cheap hotel (180,000 won) in the San Jose area and only stayed for one night, but this hotel is too old. Looks like it needs a whole remodel
