I hope AI won't write for me! I found out that the room type I booked last time was different when I checked in this time. Although the bed was bigger, it was closer to the street and the noise was so loud that I almost couldn't sleep all night. The air conditioner was also very noisy but I couldn't turn it off. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. I packed up and went back to the room. I saw salt and pepper packets on the stove. I wanted to add some, but I was shocked when I took them out (see picture) and didn't dare to use them. The shower was very powerful but the shower curtain kept rubbing against me, maybe because the bathtub was very narrow. There was no ashtray on the balcony and the smoking ban was in place, which deserves praise.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Milton Station. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and the rooms are large, but you have to check in before 5 o'clock. If you check in late, the waiters will be off work. The hotel is cost-effective and I will book this hotel again next time.

It was a nice apartment with a kitchenette, living room and bedroom that you could close off from the living room with a sliding door. So there was privacy after all. The room was noisy - it was unclear whether it came from an adjacent hotel room or outside.

Originally booked to stay here for 4 nights but left after the first. Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations. We were designated a room at the back on the first floor. It felt dark and not welcoming at all. The balcony overlooked the back of buildings with no view whatsoever. The receptionist was able to offer us an alternative room from the second night but we decided not to take up the offer.
As this was our last few days in Australia before heading home, we decided to move to an alternative hotel near to the botanical gardens.
