Popped in this morning for breakfast on the way passed and have to say good food service was spot on ,our server kane was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us ..will def be going back never really bothered before was pleasantly surprised... all good 👍 👌

Rej is brilliant, lovely service and always friendly. He knows which room I like and always sorts me out. This premier inn is our favourite, do not like the Theatre. It’s peace and quiet here and finally the brilliant Rej is here too. Parking always available.

A great nightssleep as there was no noise at all especially on the 3rd floor. Just Bliss 😊 Clean and well presented room all the things needed for a short stay either business or pleasure. Will be back again next month to spend another 3 to 4 days fir a training course.

The room needs airconditioning otherwise everything is ten out of ten, service wise from Rej. I would recommend the stay at this hotel, the staff are amazing and the beefeater food was good. Not too happy with the carparking because certain hours expected to pay. Overall, I am happy with my stay.

I’m mainly writing a review for the warm welcome we had when we checked in from Rej!! What a lovely guy. He showed us how to get to the bars, restaurants, theatre and shops as soon as we arrived. Helped us with the parking. The following day we mentioned the room was quite warm at night. He knocked within a few minutes with a fan for the room. Nothing was too much. Premier inn are lucky to have him. It’s a perfect location for all amenities. You can walk to everywhere within a few minutes. Will definitely return

A very friendly welcome and great service especially from Rej. Nice clean rooms and very quiet at night. Location more convenient than the theatre district. It's nice to be able to open a window in a hotel room. Nice food from the beefeater next door. Plenty of parking available.

Very comfortable rooms, very hospitable Rej (duty manager) at the Reception desk. Plenty of parking and I stayed in many Premier Inns all over the UK, the service here is friendly and welcoming. The food at the beefeater was good. Also it’s very easy to commute to London.

Reg made us feel very welcome helped my husband get us into.our room as I'm in a wheelchair also Reg got the bags from car with my husband and brought to the room. The beds here are so comfy and pillows make you have a perfect sleep the black out curtains keeps the light out so well so no need for eye masks. In the disabled rooms if bed is too low they already had leg raisers on bed as I asked for them when booking. No need to take any shower gel as supplied by sink and by bath in a wall mounted pump dispenser very nice white towels are supplied and the bed sheets are best ever get booked up for your stay im6booking my next visit already.

When I arrived I had more than one bag so Reggie offered to take my bag and then got me checked in and explained everything and said if there is anything please don’t hesitate to ask he’s kind and outstanding employee highly recommend thanks again Reggie
