Good hotel checked in late afternoon staff were pleasant Indian chap I think wasn’t there but came down immediately to check me in there’s a phone number on desk if no one there obviously busy cleaning rooms or something else was nice enough room was very nice clean a small little run of mould on side of bath but was really tiny bathroom was spotless bedding spotless the whole room was very clean the extra pillows on top of wardrobe was very handy those pillows are to die for we got room 124 looking out onto the car park which was fantastic as I could see the car the hotel shares with miller and carter steakhouse which if you like a steak you’ll be happy I think the parking would be busy when they are busy but we checked in early evening 5pm ish and there were plenty of spaces overall the hotel did what we wanted was clean and near the hospital for visits 5/10min drive very happy with our stay thank you to the staff the two I saw and spoke to were very nice and pleasant would stay there again and will do in the future

I would highly recommend this hotel the staff are amazing all of them .they made my stay so good. I can't recommend this hotel enough travelodge you should be proud of your team here they deserve recognition for their outstanding service and care

Very impressed with the service and location. No shortage of tea, coffee and milk. A later check out time towards most in the area at midday. Debbie at the front desk was just lovely 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 🌹 🌹 🌹 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 🌹 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Had a great stay at the travel lodge i stay there regularly, thanks to Dan and Debbie who were very professional and my stay very welcoming, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay here in the future, easy access to stonys town center

Fantastic service. Hulya the manager was very helpful with directions to the city centre and was so friendly. Room was clean and we had no problem during the night in terms of noise. There was a restaurant next door we assumed belonged to the hotel but it is a separate business. Apparently a few people have assumed the same thing but it’s not.

Cheap hotel - a bit run down with poorly laid out room (e.g. heater right next to your face so you have to disconnect it to prevent the display light coming on and off all night and waking you up as it's so close) and TV almost impossible to see at a funny angle. The access road to get out was also terribly lit with no pavement so I'd recommend a torch so if you walk out after dark to go to Stony Stratford or the shop, so the lorries can see you. However, comfy bed as usual, very clean and friendly, and the American diner next door was very good.

Excellent service and speedy was offered to me as always. They treated me with respect and great service offered. I will comeback again. The room was so tidy spacious and quiet hence my sleep was enjoyable. Free parking as usual plus I never had to worry checking on my car safety outside.

Myself and my partner have stayed at this travelodge a few times now I would just like to say out of all the travelodge staff that I've met there is to members of staff that really stand out from all travelodges that I have been to. There is a young lady called debbie and a young bloke called dan. These two members of staff from old stratford road Travelodge MK. Really make you feel very welcome they always ask if your room is comfortable and do you have any problems with it. They always ask you if your OK they always say to you have a great day. I have never felt so safe and comfortable and welcomed as I have here. Thankyou to dan and thankyou to debbie.

Start with the positives .. had a good night sleep-comfy beds, parking was free. Arrived, dropped bags to room then went to the American Diner attached to hotel. Asked for bottle of white wine, and ordered food. Came back to tell us they have no white atall so said we’d have a bottle of Rose instead. Came back and told us they only had a few single glasses left. Later came back and said they’d ran out of chips, only had enough for one portion. The young lady that served us was polite and apologetic so nothing to do with her I’d like to add. Just badly stocked/organised. We booked in advance and paid for breakfast too.. went down in the morning to ask where breakfast was and was told it’s a box? Came back with a breakfast box each which is advertised on the wall at £5.95. The breakfast I pre paid for was around £11each. Took it back up to room to have. Milk carton was room temperature and only 1 chair in room so sat on bed to eat lol. Not the best it’s clear to say.
