I would not know - never went. I made the reservation and within 2 minutes attempted to cancel so I could put in the correct date as I entered the wrong date. I am still fighting with Trip.com and the hotel

I loved the view, the valet parking was convenient but wish I didn’t have to use it. Parking would be difficult without it tho so much appreciated. I liked the thoughtful noise machine as it was quite loud on the main streets late night, but the hotel was great the view of the river and everything walkable was fantastic I’d stay again.

The location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

Stayed here on NYE and went to the Bucks game at Fiserv. Location was perfect and we even got to see fireworks next door. Facilities were updated and modern, we really enjoyed our stay!

Good experience, room was clean. Issues with shower head / hand shower (leaked, not all sprays functioned, only source of water in shower)

road noise made it difficult to sleep.parking was very expensive.rooms should have a microwave.we had a bad leak of the toilet

The breakfast food was really good, our room was great, and the staff was super helpful. The only thing I noticed is that even though it was a super busy Saturday they didn't staff the bar at all. instead they were making the front desk person go back and forth and make people drinks which wasn't a great experience for them or the guests.

Staff was great. Room was clean. The recreational area near the bar was great. Pool table, board games, comfy seating, fire place. All well maintained. Bar was perfect. I love the layout of the rooms

Room was pretty banged up and I was afraid the whole time the shower door would fall off. Super awesome friendly staff tho they did forget to bring up pillows I asked for, and they said would take 10 minutes.
