Telefonda otel odasına rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen odaya giriş yapmadan önce size otelin arkasında dairelerimizden arkadaşlar yer ayırtmış sizin mağduriyetinizi gidermek için normal fiyatımızdan indirim yapalım dediler (Telefonda verdikleri fiyatlardan daha pahalı teklif veriyorlar:)) Bu şekilde taktik yapılan bir otel mükemmel hizmet mükemmel ticaret birde hiçbir şey olmamış gibi herkes güya birbirine suç atıyor.Gitmeden önce herkesin bilgisinin olması gereken bir taktik izliyorlar.Taktikleri otel odasının fotosunu deniz manzaralı koyup size daire fiyatından orayı satıp geldiğinizde yanlış yapmış arkadaşlar diyip isterseniz otelle alakası olmayan bir dairede dedikleri fiyata kalıyorsunuz yada otelde yüksek bir fiyata mecbur kalmış oluyorsunuz.Bu dönemde bu taktikde emeği geçen herkesi tebrik ediyorum 👏🏻👏🏻

Bir bankada üst düzey yönetici olarak çalışıyorum. 50 yi aşkın ülkeye seyahat ettim ve yüzlerce otelde konakladım. Elbette olumsuz deneyimler yaşadım ancak ilk kez bir otel ile ilgili şikayet yazıyorum. Çünkü dolandırıldığımı düşünüyor ve herkesin bu konuyla ilgili dikkatli olmasını istiyorum.instagram ve ets de yayınladıkları oda fotoğrafları , kahvaltı alanı asla gerçeği yansıtmamaktadır.ve otel yönetimi asla hatasını kabul etmemekte, müşteri memnuniyeti adına herhangi bir çaba göstermemektedir. Paranızla rezil olmayın. durduk yere sinirlerinizi bozmayın. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Uzun zaman oldu tripadvisora yeni girince başımıza geleni yazayım ki insanlar temkinli olsun diye yazıyorum. Biz düğünümüz gecesi için süit odayı 2 ay önceden satın alıp ödemesini gerçekleştirdik. Eşim düğün günümüzün sabahı dahil birçok defa Bi sorun olup olmadığı ile ilgili teyit için ilgili oteli aradı hiçbir sorun olmadığı alacak verecek bişey kalmadığını defaatle teyit etti. Düğün gecemiz saat 1.30 da otele girdiğimizde bizden 800 lira gibi ekstra ücret istediler yoksa odaya almamakla tehdit edildik düşünün ki düğün çıkışı bizim zor durumda olduğumuzu görerek fırsatçılık ile hakları olmayan bir meblağ aldılar bizden. Zor durumda olmasak ve gece 1. 30 olmasa daha başka davranabilirdik ama resmen tasarlanmış bir olaydı. İçimizde uhdedir lütfen dikkat edin genel anlamda zaten otel kalite ve hizmet olarak karadeniz bölgesi Türkiye standartları altında ve çok pahalı üstüne bu tip olaylara maruz kalabilirsiniz.

Komedi gibi karşılama sıfır ilgi alaka sıfır odalar temizlik eksik kahvaltı soğuk . Mail olarak gönderdim tenezzül edip dönmediler bile.Absolutely zero interest, cleanliness is not good, breakfast cold reception employees are indifferent. Ladies do not look at you in an air at the reception.Ich empfehle es nie, kein Interesse, keine Sauberkeit. Personal gleichgültige Dame an der Rezeption.

Öncelikle iyi olanları yazayım, personel elinden geleni yapıyor, güler yüzlüler. Otelin konumu çok iyi çevrede cafe ve restoranlar çok fazla. Sabahları güzel yürüş yapılabilir. Otoparkı olması çok iyi. İki puanı buradan verdim. Otelin temizliği orta yatak çarşaflarına dikkat. Yatak fazlası ile yumuşak rahatsız oluyorsunuz. Kahvaltı yetersiz hele akşam nişan düğün toplantı varsa saatinde kahvaltı beklemeyin, kullanılan malzemelerin dolaba girip çıkmaktan başı dönmüş ve düşük kalitede. Haliyle akşam nişan, düğün, toplantı varsa yandınız önce gürültü sonrada 1,5 saat masa sandalye yerleşimi. Yani uyku yok.
