The price is not cheap and the facilities are very old. My companions and I agree that this is the worst accommodation experience on this trip. The shower head is broken. It sprays 360° as soon as it is turned on. The shampoo and shower gel are not replenished in time. We called the front desk before they delivered them. The most unsatisfactory thing is that there are not enough people at the front desk. They are always answering the phone. I know you are busy, so why don’t you give us feedback and transfer other colleagues to help. Can you not leave us waiting at the front desk...
