Good value for money with sumptuous breakfast, free flow of drinks at lounge during happy hours and onsite onsen. Staff were polite and used to non-Japanese visitors. A bit cut off and so you need a car if you wish to get out of hotel. Good walking trails and beach nearby.

The large hotel is facing the sea and I have a beautiful view from my room. The room is very spacious and comfortable though the furnishings are rather dated but clean. There are free snacks and drinks provided at the lounge. Will be back!

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members. Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance. Sunset is awesome here.

We were deeply impressed and moved throughout our stay. The impeccable lounge service, the breathtaking views, and the delicious cuisine truly provided an extraordinary escape from our daily routines. Spacious room with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed + 1 extra bed. We came in a rented car so there's no issue with location otherwise it could be an issue. There is a indoor playground so the kids enjoy it very much. Free flow of drinks during lounge hours are a plus.

It was disappointing that drink service wasn't provided in the lounge during the morning hours. We were informed it would be set up as a kids' space, but this service wasn't offered. The lounge sofas remained in the same arrangement as the previous day, and the lights weren't even turned on. I'm not asking for a basic water dispenser like those found in the public bath's rest area. However, if there had at least been a hot and cold beverage dispenser, it would have truly enhanced the 'all-inclusive' experience. I believe a chance to sit in the lounge, enjoy a cup of tea, and unwind for a while, either before or after checkout, would have added to the overall sense of relaxation. That was the only minor point I noticed. Please don't take this as a complaint; it's just an observation. I stayed here for a preliminary visit with the intention of bringing my grandchild, and I was pleased to find the room clean and the meals very enjoyable.
