RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE: 1. It is a family cottage, so no smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground) 2. Keeping the house clean is our top priority, so please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the cottage. If you need to wear shoes inside the cottage, please bring your own. 3. There is a fire pit in the front yard for guests to use, and firewood will be provided. Please make sure to put the fire out at the end of each night. 4. No PETS are allowed on the property. 5. Please take all trash with you when you leave.
