五一出行也沒有漲價，這一點就很棒了，服務旁邊高校的，環境衞生服務啥的都很不錯，地鐵旁邊，很方便，學校假期也沒有很多學生，算是很安靜的地方吧，就是如果要去三坊七巷啥的地鐵最少需要45分鐘 ，可能有點不方便，但福州五一假期地鐵免費，點贊

在福建師範大學旁邊，以前是大學的招待所不對外開放。還是漢語國際教育的培訓中心哦！
春節期間沒有很貴，最驚喜的是房間超大的！服務態度也很好，就是早餐比較簡單。不過離地鐵站很近！

入住當天前台態度極差。部分設施老舊，淋浴頭和牆壁固定處完全分離，一邊洗澡一邊擔心被砸到，電梯按不亮。窗簾不遮光。最爛的是早餐廳裏充當服務員的老頭老奶不停地喊餐具自助送回，既然已經市場化了，我們不是公款吃喝的學術蛀蟲，是攜程上來消費的客人，沒義務收拾盤子。

價格合理，房間整潔，離師大很近，校友回學校逛逛很合適，有種住在D區的熟悉感。節假日也不漲價，特別好哦。

房間還不錯，學校資產，就是前台服務態度不怎麼樣，算不上很熱情，也不是很為顧客貼心着想，保安大叔挺好的，開小門很多次仍然有耐心～下次來了可以再考慮

位置還是比較方便，師大地鐵口出來過個馬路就到了，距離考試的學校也比較近。前台服務大姐也蠻好的。剛開始安排了靠馬路的房間，覺得有點吵後來給我換了一個親子房。
