房間距離馬路很近，隔音效果太差太差，基本上被吵的一個晚上睡不着，而且房間味道很大，衞生間門也關不上，要不是為了考試距離考點近一些，如果再來一次，我鐵定不住那邊，一晚上都沒睡

頂樓，是天台改裝的，不是實體牆，隔音效果差到極致，洗澡沒法洗，圖片的噴灑就可以知道，浴巾臭的要死，還有兩個洞，被子一股煙味，超臭，一進去地板全是水，很潮濕，反正一晚上都沒睡好，有圖為證，不加以點評，事實而已，衹能説祝各位安好！

六樓水很小，熱水器幾乎沒有熱水，也是水很小，而且空調沒有涼風，開16度依舊很熱，一晚上沒睡好，空調還會滴水，濺到身上有點癢

整體還是不錯的，老闆挺和諧的，態度不錯，就是房間可能是因為長期封閉沒有通風 會有味道一點，睡前需要開窗通風一會

吹風機用30秒充3分鐘，熱水壺跟櫃子裏都有小蟑螂空調用不了電視看不了最基本的乾淨都做不到
