這家酒店衞生做得不是很好，房間不太乾淨整潔，床單有煙味兒和毛髮，老闆又重新換了。浴室也沒有水漬和異味。環境不太安靜舒適，裝修簡約温馨，隔音效果為零。服務人員態度親切，辦理入住高效，有問題能及時解決。設施雖不豪華但很實用，Wi-Fi穩定，電視清晰，熱水充足，滿足基本需求沒問題，適合商務或短途出行！

出差幾天住這，位置就在正榮財富中心廣場，樓下就是大型商超和各種餐飲，下樓就能解決吃飯問題，採購日用品也超方便。隔壁就是閩江師專和福師大，傍晚散步還能感受校園的青春氣息，特別舒服。
房間在15樓，落地窗視野超棒，白天採光充足，晚上還能看夜景。WiFi信號全程滿格，開視頻會議、傳文件都很流暢。空調製冷效果特別快，一進房間就能迅速降温，夏天住太爽了。
有事聯繫工作人員，回覆信息也很快，下次來這邊出差，肯定還選這家！

這家公寓適合我們學生黨！價格友好，性價比直接拉滿～ 房間緊湊但五臟俱全，書桌夠大，趕作業、上網課都超方便。衞生做得很到位，床品乾淨舒服，熬夜複習完躺上去秒睡。
