We had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights at Casa Amorino. It is a delightful place, with exceptional facilities. In the heart of Minori, but so close to walk everywhere and such a peaceful place to stay, surrounded by the beautiful garden and lemon trees. We were served a wonderful breakfast each morning on the terrace. The highlight for myself and daughter was the cooking class we shared on the final night of our stay. Carmen, Simone, their mumma, Aunt and Nonna are special gems, who made our stay something we will always treasure.

Fantastic little gem in the middle of a picturesque little town. The lemon garden was delightful and our host Carmen was very hospitable and attentive to our every requirement. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the garden bar as it was only used during the summer months. The rooms were cleaned daily, spacious and comfortable. The only downside to our stay, and I mention it only for constructive criticism so that it may be addressed, was that when we returned to our rooms after a day out, there was a lingering musky smell of damp. I don't know if that was a problem of the specific room or a general problem of the hotel. Other than that, it was perfect!

Today we spent the day with Carmen, her mum and her mum’s mum (3 generations of the most fabulous family you can imagine) for a cooking experience which I can honestly say was a top 10 ever travel experience. Carmen took great pains to arrange a gluten free menu for us well ahead of time to learn to cook and each course was truly fabulous. We cooked steamed mussels, zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta and fried (amazing) and then shrimp risotto with lemon tiramisu to finish. The food was truly amazing but even better was the experience of learning from 3 generations of great cooks and just fantastic people - Prosecco and conversation flowed freely and we really felt part of their amazing family for the day. The B&B is located a short flat walk from the ferry port in Minori in an amazing lemon grove right in the middle of town - an amazing location of peace and tranquillity to stay in a B&B or for this wonderful cooking experience. She only arranges this for small groups so as to maximize the experience and I have to say it totally works - Nona watched over proceedings and coached us all in such a charming manner - I’m really lacking superlatives here ! If planning a trip to the Amalfi coast make this small group experience part of your plans - thanks again Carmen for a truly awesome day ! Rob

Our family had the most wonderful time staying here among the lemon trees. Starting with the warmest welcome from the family when we arrived..lovely, clean rooms serviced daily. Great location- walking distance to everything. Amazing generous breakfast and pre dinner drinks in the beautiful gardens. And especially the cooking experience - special thank you to nonna.. so much fun and highly recommend. Thank you

Three friends and I booked 4 rooms at Casa Amorino. A lot of research goes into choosing our annual trip to a European hotel or b&b, and Casa Amorino was even better than we thought it would be. It is a family run b&b in a wonderful quiet location and everyone was so welcoming, friendly and charming; politely leaving us alone unless we needed something. The delightful Simone and Carmen, his very efficient sister, are front of house as they speak English and nothing is too much trouble. Carmen is very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places to see and she happily booked restaurants and taxis for us. She is a gem with an enormous amount of patience as we changed our mind on arrangements several times. Nothing was too much trouble. It was such a wonderful bonus to relax and enjoy the oasis of their peaceful, pretty garden which is looked after by Demetrio, Carmen’s Papa. In the evening their garden Lemon Lounge Bar is the perfect setting to enjoy Carmen’s amazing cocktails, plus an excellent list of gins, all very reasonably priced. A generous selection of snacks were served, including some very tasty ones made by Cristina, Carmen’s Mamma. Aunt Elena and her colleague ensured everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable, made with good quality bed linen. The newly fitted Mosquito screens were really appreciated. A great selection of hot and cold food was served at breakfast in the gardens by either Elena or Simone. The cakes, especially the chocolate one with hazelnuts, the bacon and fried and scrambled eggs come highly recommended by us as do their home grown tomatoes which are gorgeous. Having visited Amalfi, Positano and Ravello, we were so glad we chose to stay in Minori as it is an authentic Italian town with some great restaurants and cafe/bars and not packed with tourists. We sadly left after 3 nights, wishing we were staying for a week.

Great communication, short walk from the ferry, nice greeting with detailed information about the BNB, the area, and even some language tips. Spacious room with seating area, fridge, spotlessly clean, and any other amenities you may need. They have a lemon garden where they serve beverages and free snacks. They offer cooking lessons, although we didn't participate. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great time.

Absolutely loved Casa Amorino .The pictures do not do it justice as to how beautiful the accommodations & location is . It is in a quiet area yet within reach of all amenities . .Host Carmen was lovely as were all the staff They were so accommodating & helpful .The location itself is ideal if visiting the Amalfi coast you are within 5/10 minutes walk to restaurants ,beach and ferry which is a fabulous way to see the coast . I cannot recommend it enough only sorry that we had only booked for two nights would have loved to have stayed longer.
