One of the worst hotel I have ever e been in Minsk. Service it was so bad, only one employee available for us after 19,30 P.M, and he couldn’t leave the reception to take towels and shampoo that we didn’t have because they forgot to put them. Looks like 3 stars hotel service, no more!

Quite premium hotel, with SPA. Breakfast is nice.

The room is clean and has a large bathtub. Across the street is Victory Park, where many people exercise and relax. After running, it is so relaxing to take a bath.

The room was in a very bad condition. The facilities were old and there were hairs on the bed. The front desk had no service attitude at all and did not provide any drinking water. It was a rubbish hotel and the charges were very expensive.

This hotel is a complete scam!!! ...dirty, old, in a Soviet-era building, poorly renovated, full of disgusting plastic flowers and old sofas... The online photos are all retouched and not authentic at all. The price is completely inflated - it's all just outrageous!!! Construction workers from all over the world stay there - dirty, badly behaved, and sometimes drunk and loud!!! The staff, however, are super professional and calm🙏 Very poor rating for this hotel. 2*
