Morning Light Beach House - by the BnB Collection

I would give this place a solid 10/10. I’m from Malaysia and traveled with my family, and the house fit our needs perfectly in every way. To begin with, the location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Middleton Beach, and only a short drive to Albany town. It gave us the best of both worlds: easy access to the beach and convenience to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The house itself was very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, with decent mattresses and pillows that allowed us to rest well after long days out. The sofas and TV was good enough to gather our small family for the night. The dining area was comfortable to accommodate us. Heating throughout the property was sufficient, which made our stay warm and pleasant despite the chilly weather. Most importantly, the place was spotless upon arrival — clean, tidy, and clearly well-maintained. As we prefer to cook most of our meals while traveling, we were pleased to find that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare family meals. It made our stay feel just like home. The service was also outstanding. Prior to arrival, the team informed me about the need for a credit card for the security deposit and guided me through the process smoothly (though i hope that it is pre-stated in the listing). Upon check-in, we had a little trouble figuring out the heating, but Linda from The BNB Collection kindly assisted us over the phone, even though it was already late at night. That level of support and attentiveness really stood out to us. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albany, whether for a short holiday or a longer family trip. We left with great memories and would not hesitate to return
