The air conditioning was either off or cold. But if we opened the window it’s quite noisy outside. No kettle in the room. Everything else is good. Friendly staff. Breakfast we had waffles and fresh juices !

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip. Its location was excellent, right next to the airport shuttle bus stop. It was near the Lima Tourist Information Center. The hotel bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The front desk staff were very nice.

The service was excellent in particular Emil who was so helpful to us. Everyone was so pleasant and polite.
The hotel is close to many food locations and laundromats which is convenient.
Breakfast was sufficient.
I felt the tap on the sink should not have a water saver device on it. It’s irritating when you need a good wash.
Also coffee and tea is not provided in the room, you have to go to the lobby to make a cuppa. There was no coffee only tea.

Not bad, not bad at all. The surrounding area feels safe. The room rate was affordable and the cleanliness was top-notch. This will be my first choice for future business trips to Peru.
