I stayed at Hilton Lima Miraflores and overall it was nice, but I was really disappointed that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance. That was the main reason I booked this hotel and paid a higher price. Nobody informed me in advance, and I only found out when I went up there in my swimwear. It was the day of my flight and I wanted to relax before a long trip, but I couldn’t. Very disappointing lack of communication.

Very bad service here everything has to pay and they don’t treat you well. Refused to give extra water for the room. Charged for earlier checking and provided no upgrade for gold status.
