The overall specifications of the hotel are good, with complete facilities, large and clean rooms, and a great location. The downside is that check-in must be after 15:00, the bed is too soft, and the service attitude of some people at the front desk is very average, with an expression of annoyance on their faces, and they don't even realize it. The service attitude of hotels in Peru is really different from that in Chile

Great place to stay. Pool on the roof was unheated and in current weather was unusable. Lovely breakfast and convenient location to Miraflores
