Very spacious and cosy room . This is our 2nd trip to stay at this Hotel. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The ballroom is huge to organise big events. We will come back again as long as we fly to Miri. .

We had a nice stay at Pullman Miri. The hotel staff was always greeting us with a smile and we felt very welcome. The room was huge but you can tell it needs some refurnishments. Well located and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Great place with great service. Tried their weekend bbq, price wise is okay but the variety is not so much. Their breakfast buffet is good though

I had a pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — everything looked spotless and well maintained. The furniture was stylish and comfortable, adding a nice touch of luxury to the room. However, I found the pillow not very comfy for my liking. Other than that, it was a great experience overall.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miri city, right in front of the Seahorse Waterfront. My room, which was upgraded as my original booking was full, faced the river and offered a stunning view, especially during sunrise and sunset—a gesture I truly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly with the added benefit of 24-hour gym access. The gym facilities and equipment were impressive compared to those in other hotels I’ve experienced. I will definitely return, not only for the excellent amenities and facilities but also for the outstanding service provided by the staff in taking care of their guests.
