Very nice place to visit , as resort provides lots of activities. Kids love the swimming pool and water park.
Room : Overall good and clean
Breakfast & Dinner : more than 10 dishes choice and some dessert to enjoy (majority local food)
Staff service : super helpful and nice

It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.

Spacious room like it very much, provided electric kettle, clean towels just the wall paint need to be maintained and building too, friendly and helpful staffs

So far, I enjoyed my family trip at this place. The services from the staff are good and we also enjoyed the food they serve to us. The facilities quit good but we not enjoyed all the activities they provide. As my thoughts, they need to improve more activities for each package for example hiking activity and playground for children. Further more, they need to improve the tele-communications, especially for Digi/Maxis users.

The road in is very poor. You can still go and play when it is newly built. Many of them have not been maintained. The food is okay. You can eat at the buffet for two meals.
