Our stay was wonderful. Both the management and the staff were all fantastic. The room was worthy of our expectations. The restaurant has a wonderful cuisine with a wonderful wine list. The coffee area has a very earthy atmosphere. The breakfast had many local products and was not at all plastic and standardized. The hotel team has done a great job taking care of the walking trails and helped us have an unforgettable experience in nature. The location is ideal as it gives you the feeling of being isolated in the forest. You only hear running water and birds.

When we decided to visit Tzoumerka for a long wkend, we never expected to find such an amazing accommodation. Truth is that ,from check in to check out, our experience has been amazing. Ruista is owned and operated by a very friendly and professional local family with great respect and love for their region. We had booked “The Master Suite” which was a very spacious, cozy and clean room with a dinning/lounge area and a fireplace. We dined at the restaurant twice as both the quality of the food and the service were great. Regarding our excursions to all the neighboring villages, waterfalls etc, we relied on the expert suggestions of our hosts which were proven to be correct and to the point. We would definitely recommend Ruista to anyone who would like to visit Tzoumerka

The place is beautiful, clean and amazing. The service we received was perfect. The staff and managers were lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect for trips around. We got recommendations from the team to visit places we hadn't planned and it was amazing. We will definitely go back there in the future.

Amazing place! We had a great time, the hotel staff was very helpful in planning our trip to the area and the service was amazing. The room was amazing with a balcony with a view, the breakfast was excellent. A very high standard place, we will definitely be back.

We (a Dutch couple) went to Tzoumerka during Summer. The Rouista resort is very beautiful and our hosts were so helpful. Thanks to them we explored such a beautiful part of Greece and we went to places we would have never discovered ourselves.

Very beautiful hotel. It is managed perfectly. The rooms are very clean. The beds are big and comfortable. The people are very nice and help with anything you need. The gym was unfortunately closed when we stayed. I absolutely recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning a trip in this area! They even have a nice short hike around the hotel with water. Recommended !

The hotel is very beautiful and welcoming. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially Marina who helped us build our trip the next day and recommended us places to visit. Definitely recommend the hotel restaurant great food and service.

Great location,very spacious,modern and very clean, great spot to start travel in the Tzoumerka area, Maria the manager is very helpful and will give you all the information that you need . The food in the hotel restaurant is very good as well as the morning breakfast.
