깔끔한 편입니다. 직원고 친절하며 주변 소음도 없구요. 다만 처음 들어갔을때 객실에서 담배냄새가 나더라구요. 비흡연실로 알고 있었는데.. 영남루와는 거리가 꽤 떨어져 있어서 차로 이동해야 합니다. 전기차 충전기가 있어서 예약했는데 완속이며, 다른 분이 밤새 충전울 하셔서 사용하지 못했어요
