The experience is great! When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. They helped me complete the formalities quickly and also introduced the hotel's facilities. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The hotel's breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western food, and the taste is good. The location is also excellent, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. I will choose it again next time I travel;
It is recommended to add laundry bags in the laundry room.

密山火車站的這家如家精選服務是真的很好，她們總結了滿滿一張紙的密山特色，吃魚、吃燒烤一應俱全，而且每家店的特色都寫的清清楚楚，對我們幫助非常大！大堂有充足的休息區，有飲水處，咖啡、果汁、熱水都有，非常方便退房後等車這段時間的休息。房間打掃的很乾凈，床品睡着也舒服，房型足夠大，非常好！

酒店位置在市中心，去那都放便，前台一個叫張麗的服務員態度很好，這次訂房沒早餐的還免費給升級了兩天的早餐，酒店早餐很豐盛，在小城市如家服務做的這麼好真的是點贊。

早上出門前和前台説幫忙打掃一下，結果下午回來也沒打掃，再次給前台打電話才來的，然後我問保潔員沒告訴你打掃嗎，她愛答不理的説 告訴了啊（很不耐煩的那種）然後換垃圾袋還摔摔打打的，直接弄得我很無語，其他的還是很好的，住過很多次了，就是這個事情很無語，希望加強保潔培訓。

設施：新酒店，設施都是新的，環境很好。床頭的插座都有充電接口，很夠用。
衞生：整體都還可以，瑕疵還是有，圖4床邊有些許沒打掃乾淨。
