The most horrible experience in Hungary ever. Hotel want to charge for uneatable food which has been returned. Staff don’t accept any complaints exhaling that another guests are happy. Manager even more sure customers have no rights to complain and have to pay if they did order. We have never ever experienced any kind of behavior like that.
