Convenient and supplementary airport shuttle bus to and from airport so we can save cost and time.

It was difficult to find lights in the bedroom and it was also challenging to find a convenient place to charge my devices. This hotel is not up to international standards.

Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of issues. The bedside cabinet was noticeably dirty, which affected the cleanliness of the room. Additionally, our room was located near a vending machine, and the noise from it was slightly disruptive.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for Toronto airport and offers free shuttles to and from the airport 24 hours a day. I only stayed a night, arriving late and leaving early, but the guy on reception was welcoming and check-in and the room had all of the required amenities for my stay. Would stay here again if I fly from Toronto Pearson airport.

Room 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy.  Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am).  Shower, bed and linens were good.  This hotel has a guest laundry on b2.  The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time.  Quality of the food was average.  Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large.

I had a terrible experience with Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport that I feel compelled to share. Despite booking our room well in advance, upon arrival we were shocked to learn that the hotel had given away our reserved room. Instead of accommodating us as promised, they sent us to another hotel far from the airport. To make matters worse, we had to pay for a taxi to this alternate hotel out of our own pocket, as it didn't offer a shuttle service to Toronto Airport. This unexpected expense and inconvenience significantly disrupted our travel plans. Following this ordeal, we reached out to the hotel management seeking compensation for the extra costs and inconvenience. Unfortunately, our attempts at communication were met with silence. The management never contacted us back, offered an apology, or made any effort to compensate us for the additional expenses we incurred due to their overbooking. I want to warn other travelers: this hotel might sell your paid and reserved room without any notice and redirect you elsewhere, leaving you with no options and extra costs. The lack of customer service and accountability following this incident was extremely disappointing. If you value reliability and customer service, I strongly advise considering other accommodation options near Toronto Airport. The risk of having your confirmed reservation disregarded and being left to fend for yourself is not worth it.

Okay to stay but be aware sometimes the hotel is overbooked.

Airport shuttle is great. The front desk service is not always on the line. Prices reasonable.
