The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay.
The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us.
Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city."

An ok chain hotel at an ok price. Nothing special. Very busy. Parking fee should be waived. Paper cups in the room is a turn off environmentally and mass stay feel especially in a room with a jacuzzi. No filled mini-bar. Toiletries without asking would be nice, but again, a chain hotel. However, the room attendant did personally bring toothbrushes to the room. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and shuttle service. Hotel was bustling as expected in the location next to a major airport. Our stay was just one night ahead of the flight home. The hotel was clean, the staff were great and very helpful. Overall we were very satisfied. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.
The breakfast was fine but lack of restaurant/ bar in the hotel was a little disappointing. They have a neighbouring hotel with shared facilities, which was very busy when we looked in.
The shuttle service was really great ie regular and efficient with helpful staff.
