Don't go there, just don't.
They charge 500 CAD security payment and then claim it hasn't been taken. It was actually deducted from my credit card and it took me 31 days and countless communication between Trip.com and my bank (a business account) to fix this. Nowhere was it mentioned before that this security payment will be taken, for a room fully paid for, only upon request I received the "House rules" upon check in.
The equipment was ok but the fridge was loisy and the AC didn't work, that means it was running, loud and clear, but there was no effect. Lucky it cooled down during the night to open the windows. Better don't be there in summer.
The clerk working on the evening of 2023/04/15 was incompetent, arrogant, unhelpful. He refused to contact the manager or give us his name. Such a person should not work in any hotel.
The tiles on the balcony are loose. They can be kicked down onto the walkway below. Well, my balcony was only right above the entrance, good luck standing there. Talk about security is big in US and Canada but not the actions.
The area is very noisy in the evening/at night as there are many restaurants and bars on the next street.
It was clean, just don't go into details, like calcified showerheads.
