NU Airport Toronto Hotel in Mississauga is an ideal choice for weary travellers. Its convenient location near Pearson Airport makes it perfect for a restful night’s stay. The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles. A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door. The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file. I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.

I stopped by for a 1 night transit through Toronto. The hotel is close to the airport, and you can take an uber or the shuttle which will drop you nearby. Room was clean, and the good night's sleep helped with my onward journey. Great value for money!

The hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is good as it is a few minutes drive from Toronto International Airport. The hotel also provides 24-hr free shuttle service to airport.

Terrible customer service, the driver was rude incapable of communicating or any kind of empathy, even when I was telling them I was with a baby could be outside waiting on the weather until he show up, he even was capable to tell me the don't to bother go to hotel because he did not care. The the receptionist was the worst only argued not even listen or giving respectful answers, forget it reach to the manager you never get it, never there. I have been charged and even used the service, tried calling them and solving the problem but they don't listen just wanna argue and are very disrespectful, it was the worst experience, especially because I was travelling with a baby and they didn't even care about it.
