Would avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy zero customer service, incompetence and being double charged. We stayed here as a large group with 10+ rooms. Rooms were to be split between occupants of each room. After checkout I was contacted for my credit card number, which all of us had already given during their online check in, at which point they tried to charge me for the whole room. They had been emailed a spreadsheet with room assignments and they knew who to split charges with but this guy on the phone had no idea. He was quite pretentious but finally agreed to charge me half (which he still messed up simple math). Fast forward 3 weeks later and I’m charged for the other half of the room. After confirming with my roommate that he was charged the other half I called the LOGE and was told I would be called back. Two days later nothing so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Called and left a voicemail with LOGE and still a day later nothing. Finally got ahold of someone and it was the same pretentious fellow from the first call. He was zero help and said my roommate wasn’t charged and it was between me and my roommate as it was out agreement. However the agreement was with our party and the hotel to split the room charge between occupants and that is the agreement they failed to keep. After claiming there was nothing else he could do and stating they would be taking my money he hung up. Quite a riot dealing with these folks. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere and avoid the headache.
