Welcome to our new cabin ( Among the Peaks) located just twenty minutes from Burnsville North Carolina and one hour from Asheville. Once you arrive at the Among the Peaks cabin your first words will be Wow! look at the view. The mountain range will take your breath away. Step into our new cabin which offers three bedrooms, King, Queen, Queen. and two full bathrooms along with a half bath on the main level. Quality towels and linens are provided. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with modern cookware, coffee maker, and all things you will need to prepare meals. Enjoy the spacious floor plan from the kitchen to the comfortable living-room which includes beautiful gas logs, large tv and amazing view of mountain peaks. From the kitchen is a set of french doors with direct access to the covered side deck. The deck offers comfortable patio furniture and steps to the fire-pit area which over look the mountain peaks. Stunning! Relax in the morning on the side deck with a cup of coffee and take in the amazing sunrise that covers the mountain peaks, each one is different, God's Heavenly art will embrace you with memories for a life time. We are not only a property management company but a Real Estate firm as well**** ****About our Cabins**** You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves. GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS! ****NO PETS ALLOWED**** The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off: *Bed linens and towels *Paper Towels *Toilet Paper *Trash Bags *Dish Pods *Coffee Maker *Hand Soaps *Dish Soap *New Sponge *Small Laundry Detergent *Full Propane tank for gas grills Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen. This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts. PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains. CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies. SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired. FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle. NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. LONG TERM RENTALS: Please send an inquiry for details.
