Room was clean but hotel was dark needed pai ting. The side of the mattress had a stain that looked like someone pooped on it and they couldn’t be the stain out. Had we seen it when we got there instead of when we were going to bed we would’ve ask for a refund and gone somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Checked in, all other hotels in area were full, 1st room found a bug in the fitted sheet, not a bed bug. Moved to a 2nd room, seemed cleaner, but the lights did not work. Informed the front desk, they said they would send someone to fix them. They never came to fix them, and when checking out (different worker), they said it was the breaker like they already knew it had problems

Good stay over Business trip on the way from Minneapolis to Rapid City and stopped at Mitchell, SD at this Super 8. The parking area is a mass of pavement adjacent to stored vehicles and an RV park with an older building with little to no landscaping, so the grounds are not as nice as other hotels. However room was good, with comfortable beds, newer interior, and bathroom. Liked the mini fridge with separate freezer. Continental breakfast was good and plentiful. Near a lot of gas stations and restaurants. Affordable for a business or family stay over. Stopped over at the Corn Palace to check out this landmark.
