First, you must understand - its cheap hotel in the old building. After that, you wont be surprised with a poor amenities (no toothpaste, heh; ugly pink plastic cups; no dishes or even spoons or chopsticks at all) and a bunch of strange rules - key loss will cost you 20k ¥, there is officially no chance to leave luggage before check-in (between 15:00 and 21:00 and they said its all because of COVID) or after check-out (strictly before 10:00, yeah, because of COVID), you have to sort your garbage by 4 kind... a lot of non-hospitality-related rules.
Thanks for the staff. You are great. Only you makes Mr.Kinjo's hotel some place able to stay in.
Truely, room was big and clean, linens was nice, balcony faces the sea and you can see cruise liners entering the port. Some smell from toilet, but nothing serious. If you are about to stay for the night for a min price - why not. But as for me... no, mr Kinjo, thank you ang goodbye.

友達との旅行で利用させて頂きました。
15時前は完全に入口が閉まり切ってて早めのチェックインなどは出来なかったのですが
それ以外はお部屋も広くベッドも大きくアメニティーも充実しておりとっても快適でした！

土足を前提としているため、床が汚く、トイレと風呂は別で良いが、風呂に隣接する脱衣所兼洗面所が土足のため、風呂上がりに困るのと、洋服や着替えを仮置きする場所がなく困る。
風呂の水圧が弱く、冬場は困る

ロケーションはビーチの目の前でいいです。
室内は洗濯機、キッチン、冷蔵庫等があり、整っています。
ただホテルというよりかはマンションで、民泊でした。
スタッフさんも二階の一部屋を受け付けにしてる感じでした。

水圧弱くて、まともにシャワーあびれない。床が汚すぎ。タオル交換も時間制限があり、観光のスケジュールの妨げに。せっかくの旅行には、他をさがしたほうが懸命です。
