Fantastic hotel and the breakfast/ dinner were beyond expectations! The shuttle service was friendly and needlessly to say onsen facilities were incredible too. I would like to come back again with my family.

I went there with my mom. It was nice because there weren't many people, and there were family baths, open-air baths, and public baths, so we were able to enjoy a variety of baths. Breakfast and dinner were also really good.

Our purpose was to enjoy the hot springs, but there was a river flowing below the inn, and when we opened the window we could hear the murmuring of the river. It was a very scenic location. The open-air bath was also nice.
However, there was no bath in the room, so next time I'd like to stay in a room with a hot spring.

I really like this Japanese-style hotel. It is clean and tidy. The service is five-star. I recommend everyone to experience it. You must book in advance. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. Dinner and breakfast are even more enjoyable. 😎

Due to snow, a road was closed. After contacting the hotel, I was told that we could be picked up at the station and dropped off at the hotel. It was a little surprise. The food was exquisite and tasted good. There were not many people in the hot spring, and it was almost a private bath. The only regret was that I couldn't take an open-air bath due to the snow. I'll wait for next time. The service was as Japanese as always

I even thought that the accommodation fee was cheap compared to the facilities
The check-in time is 3 o'clock, but I spent more time in downtown Fukuoka and arrived late
I regret not being able to fully enjoy the charm of a ryokan that can only be found at Nansuikaku
