My daughter and I checked in late in the evening and the man at the desk was very very rude, even raised his voice angrily as I asked whether they had an elevator and a couple of other innocent questions. He was still there in the morning when we went down to breakfast and his attitude had not changed. In fact, at 9:00 he locked the door to the breakfast room and wouldn't let anyone else in, plus had to unlock the door each time for people who wanted to leave and lock it again so no one could get in after 9:00. Unfortunately, it became almost comical and the rest of the breakfast group waiting to finish their breakfast couldn't help but laugh at each incident as he was so gruff about it all. I would definitely not recommend this facility!

Maybe we arrived too late. People who work in the evening shift have great tempers. I didn't hear a word clearly, and when I asked, I got angry. The room is okay, it's worth the money. Fortunately, there is breakfast to take.

Simple but nice hotel with cozy, clean room. Well lit parking lot, easy on and easy off the main road. The only downside was when we entered the lobby for check in, the attendant was gone. I had to call the number that was left at the desk and when he came out of the breakfast area he seemed irritated and quiet. I wondered if I woke him because I was checking in pretty late.

I book the hotel for 2 nights on my husband's account using MY credit card. They INSISTED on seeing my husband's ID (he was not with us). Luckily, he answered the phone and was able to send a picture of his driver's license, then we converted it to email and emailed to them. Otherwise, we would of been out $190 and out on the street looking for a new hotel. Other people had the same problem behind us but had the ******* account holder present with them. BAD POLICY on ******* & hotel's part that account holder's ID has to be present at time of check in.

Easy to get to, well signed from the road side. Check-in was great and the room comes equipped with fridge and tv. Comfortable bed and shower was great.

Rooms bery nice and clean. Fridge and TV both worked. No microwave and breakfast was free bit limited to carb choices. No eggs. No meat. For the price it was fantastic

My family dropped by. Very reasonably priced. Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
