Hyatt Place Moab

Stayed in the hotel for two consecutive nights. The facilities are very new and high-end. There are sofas and chairs. Finally, two people can sit. Very satisfied. The hotel environment is good, the breakfast is rich, and there are too many supermarkets and gas stations nearby. It would be better if there was a microwave in the room

It's not the five-star Hyatt you imagined, but a country motel. I was carrying three suitcases (the other person went to park the car), and the front desk stood there steadily, watching me struggle in without any intention of helping. I arrived at the hotel at 9pm and thought I could have something to eat in the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately the restaurant bar was temporarily closed today. There was no roon service, the mini fridge was empty, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, and the phone didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask and found out that according to Utah law, mini fridges are not allowed to be stored. I woke up hungry the next morning, thinking that at least the hotel had breakfast, and after a few bites, I suddenly realized that it was no wonder that Utah had fewer fat people than other states in the United States, because the food was really too bad. The hotel did not have bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. Don't forget to bring your own.
