I said I would come down to the front desk to negotiate in person. I ran downstairs and went to the front desk. The Indian front desk was very rude and had a strong attitude. I originally negotiated with him politely, but no matter how we negotiated, it was very direct. There was no way. There was no hair dryer and the attitude was very bad. I said you guys It was too late to check in, as if we disturbed his sleep! This is outrageous. I said okay. If there is no handheld spare hair dryer, please change me to a room with a hair dryer. - Our rooms are all full and there is no room. - Then we can't sleep in the middle of the night. This is a hotel. You need help solving equipment problems. Then the Indian front desk said: You can go to other hotels. I said that the hotel fee will be refunded to us and we can switch to another hotel; - No, the money cannot be refunded; you can find the booking company yourself. After traveling so many times in the United States, this is the first time I encountered such an unreasonable and poor hotel. While we were negotiating, a guest from behind came in line and kept listening to our argument. When I talked about this, I stepped aside to find Ctrip, and I heard that the guest behind me was here to book a room! ! ! Then the Indian front desk said that there were still rooms and it cost XX dollars. I was very angry at the time. I went back to the front desk and asked you, did you just say that there were no other rooms for us? Very good, with good price and nice swimming pool. I decided to book another day. Less than ten minutes drive to Arches Park. Breakfast was good, drinks and fruits were at the front desk. Because I didn’t make a reservation for the arch, I got up at four in the morning to go.
