Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

Great hotel just at the far side of town. Easy to park. Clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Would stay again.

This hotel is terrible! After checking in, I found that the curtains could not be drawn and the room was very dark. This is the basic condition. Moreover, the room price was very expensive and unacceptable. I asked the front desk to change rooms and was told that there were no more rooms. At this time, I saw that guests were checking in one after another. In this case, the usual practice is to change rooms or upgrade. Coordinating through Ctrip twice did not work. Ctrip's service is good, so I feel relieved that they gave me a certain amount of compensation.

I originally planned to stay for only one night, but later I was worried that one day would not be enough to visit all the arches, so I booked another night in the same room type. As a result, when I checked in, I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk whether my order was automatically merged or I needed to check in again the next day. She told me that it was all done at once. As a result, I went to the front desk the next day to ask, and another staff member checked me in again. Moab is not big, it is about the same as a town in China, so the location of the hotel is not important, and the location of this hotel is also good. For parking, there are about 20 parking spaces in front of the building, and there is another parking lot behind the building, with about dozens of parking spaces. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good and I recommend staying.

The location and facilities are good. It is in the center of MOAB town, and it is convenient to eat and shop. Since we drive ourselves, it is also convenient to go to Arch Park. The most unsatisfactory points are as follows: Because we stayed here for two days, we did not ask for the room to be cleaned the next morning, and we did not leave a tip. As a result, when we returned to the room the next day, we found that the waiter had come in because one of the beds was overmade. What annoyed us was that at six o'clock the next morning, the bedside alarm rang, waking everyone up. Because I was not familiar with the principle of the alarm clock, it rang every few minutes, repeatedly. Because there was no such situation the day before, I suspected that the room attendant deliberately turned on the alarm.

Very clean and tidy, there is an outdoor pool but we didn't use it. It is very close to the national park, which is very convenient. The breakfast is simple but good and very convenient.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are average, and it is noisy near the road. Of course, it cannot be compared with domestic hotels, and it is not as good as the all-season hotels. Parking is free, but toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so please bring your own.

Although the facilities are a bit old and the configuration itself is simple, it feels relatively simple. It is also located at the southernmost part of the town of Moab. But for this town, it is a good choice for the price.
