This condo is located in Desert winds drive about 3 miles South of downtown Moab. Building was finished in Late July of 2018. The condo is gorgeous and professionally designed furnished and decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 55” flat screen 4K smart tv. The second bedroom has 2 deluxe queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 sets of twin bunk beds for kids or large groups. Additionally there are 2 queen pullout couches. One in the living room and one is in the upstairs loft. All in all this luxury condo sleeps 16 people! All the mattresses are high end comfortable mattresses Serta or Sealy, purchased locally, not sent in on Amazon. You will sleep in comfort! The condo boast 3 large 4K TVs equipes with YouTube tv to watch live shows and sports. A 65” TV is located in the loft and two 55” TVs are downstairs. One above the fireplace and one in the master Bedroom. The condo boasts fiber internet speeds rated at 1Mgb/1Mgb. Fast enough for everyone to do everything you could possibly want. The condo is complete with natural wood furniture, granite countertops throughout, and beautiful recessed lighting. On top of the 2 car Garage there is additional trailer parking on the side of the condo available to all guests of Desert winds guests. This condo is extremely well appointed and very comfortable. You will feel like you are on vacation when you arrive, and throughout your stay. The patio is complete with a fire table, a natural gas grill, and outside dining area.
