We are a motorhome travelleres travelling in South America. We spend almost one week in Dantayaco and we were surprised by their generosity and kindness. A nice place (pet friendly) with very nice team. There are many attractions near by to visit such as Fin del Mundo waterfalls and Pepino river among others. Very recommended place to take some rest while travelling, meet nice people, do some nice hikes and enjoy some time. Thank you Carlos and the team, you stay in our hearts. Sami and Jana

What a lovely place! I was enchanted. So unique and special. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Quiet and so cute! Lots os monkeys and you can hear the river nearby. I was the only tourist there but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Delicious food. It was really unique and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

I haven't experienced such great and authentic accommodation for a long time. every day clean and tidy cleaned the rooms. the service when eating was very good. the girls from the kitchen fulfilled every wish. my personal highlight was that loving monkeys visited us every day. they picked up a few bananas and moved on. this encounter is very opening.

I stayed there in April 2022 for almost two weeks and had such an amazing time. The hostel is beautiful and so are the rooms. Super clean and most of the time we even had warm water. The rooms get cleaned everyday and the view from the room directly into the jungle is priceless. The stuff is very friendly. They help you with every request you have and try to help in every way. Laundry is possible, easy and cheap. They cook amazingly fresh and delicious and even extra wishes are most of the time possible. Dantanyaco is located next to a road where you can get easily to Mocoa. The area of the hostel is quite big so you don’t really realise that road being in your room. Next to the hostel there are several possibilities for bathing, hiking and Mocoa has a great market for daily shopping and souvenirs 😀 If you go to the south of Colombia I highly recommend to visit Dantayaco ✨🌳👍🏻☀️

I spent almost 3 weeks in Dantayaco in April 2022. This was a great place to base while I was visiting the Putumayo. It's located outside of Mocoa (something good if you are looking for peace and nature) but easily connected via taxi (which the staff will happily call for you). The rooms are just beautiful with a great mix of Jungle lodge-style and all the facilities you may need, especially to highlight the jacuzzi and the terraces that face directly the jungle and the river. It's done in a way you can feel directly in the Jungle, with Monkeys visiting almost every day and hearing the river and jungle noises while you fall asleep. Another thing to Highlight is the amazing staff which will take care of you in a great manner. There is a restaurant with amazing and cheap food, prepared and served by great people. Also is really clean and they will come to clean your room every day. Laundry service is available for a cheap price.

Beautiful posada for all budgets and needs close to Mocoa. Wonderful space right by the river with monkeys and birds. Accommodation is clean, elegant and with an amazing view. Fast Wi-Fi, free water and coffee, and Juan Pablo is a great host, he's super knowledgeable and will help you with anything you may need.

It is a very beautiful place to disconnect from everything with the family, there is a variety of food, the breakfast varies every day, everyone who works is very friendly and always helps give information that I needed about the places I wanted to visit
