Our room we booked was oversold so they had to give us a different room and my daughter had to sleep on a rollaway bed which was not comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk only had 1 lady working and she seemed overwhelmed.

Lots of noise at this hotel past midnight. Air conditioning was stuck on low and it was uncomfortable the whole stay. I asked to either switch rooms or ask for a fan. They told me that they had a few complaints about the noise and had nowhere to move me and the fans were being used for the construction workers. What at midnight ? I never complain but in this case I had been at the hospital all day with a family member and was ready to unwind. Staff left me feeling like did not care.

The staff was great. The initial room we were given was a king with a pullout. The pullout was horrible. The room also had a smell to it and the AC did not work properly… in the summer heat. We asked for a different room with two beds, which was better. The room did not smell and was cleaner. AC still did not work properly.

comfortable stay
the room was very comfortable and the bed was equally as comfortable. I believe the room was remodeled and they did an excellent job on the bathroom. I am handicapped and it seems like the shower was designed with me in mind. Excellent.

Overnight family stay
Beds are hard, air conditioning noisy, sounded like people upstairs were wrestling, room could use update (carpet is old, could use fresh paint).

I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with pets. They only have 4 pet rooms available and you cannot book them via Travelocity, so good luck getting one upon arrival.
I have never had an issue with this before but apparently pet owners must be reminded of how to treat the property. The common sense RULES come across condescending and are unnecessary.
I would consider this a not pet friendly accommodation.

We always book here when in the area. One because their accessibility rooms are big enough for my mom’s wheelchair chair. Two it’s always quiet when we stay here. I have picky eaters are my hand so I wish the breakfast had a wider variety of breakfast options. We’ll always book here.
