We only stay one night and it was fine. However, the room had molt in the wall and it needs some painting

Stayed here for couple of nights during a recent visit to Sicily. Location was perfect, about 10 min walk from bus drop off & just behind the main road of the old town. The owners were friendly & helpful. We had couple of problems accessing our key box & they turned up within 10 mins to help. Access codes to get into the property had been sent within minutes after we had confirmed our reservation online - a day before we had arrived in Sicily. Cleanliness - property was clean, rooms were clean & modern. Decor & furniture too. Price was reasonable considering location & facilities. Communal kitchen with free coffee & tea was a welcome added bonus! All in all, very happy and would: 1. Definitely recommend it. 2. Stay here again.

Great hotel fantastic location (other than it’s behind the main road but one cobble stone road away). St. Peter’s Festival was happening the night we stopped, so the main road was shut down as pedestrian and it was fantastic! The hotel beds were so great compared to others we’ve visited. Only one complaint, the air conditioner….if you can call it that, it didn’t work much at all and as the place is nice and eco friendly (which we do like) it could not be kept on in order to keep it any sort of decent temperature, thank goodness the evening cooled off a bit. But we loved the place and would stay again or tell our friends. We would just check that the air was working better next time before bed time.

Non ho mai recensito la struttura negativamente, perché tutto sommato è in linea con la categoria, offrendo degli standard più che accettabili. Come ospite del B&B dopo ripetute volte, non posso tollerare che nel periodo invernale, si soffra il FREDDO per una non corretta gestione dell'impianto di riscaldamento, malgrado le camere siano dotate di pompe di calore ( che non riescono a sostituire il calore dei termosifoni). Anche fare la doccia è problematico, per inefficienza della pressione e della costanza dell'acqua calda.

Abbiamo prenotato e al check-in vi hanno inviato i codici di accesso quindi liberi di arrivare a qualsiasi ora. Posizione strategica sia per visitare Modica che per visitare altre località. Albergo è all’interno di una casa completamente ristrutturata. Uso di cucina in comune molto pratica per una colazione al volo. Camera e bagno molto puliti. Ci siamo trovati bene

Ho prenotato una camera tripla. Mi hanno preparato una doppia. Quando li ho chiamati mi hanno detto che ormai la governante era andata via. Mi hanno indicato dove trovare le lenzuola. Per il cuscino mi sono dovuta arrangiare con i cuscini di bellezza del matrimoniale.

Ottimo B&B situato un un'abitazione completamente ristrutturata situata in una via parallela a Corso Umberto I in pienissimo centro. Check in molto comodo effettuato tramite Wapp. La camera è fornita di ogni confort e molto silenziosa. E' anche disponibilie una cucina comune per poter effettuare la colazione o mantenere le bottiglie d'acqua in frigorifero. Lo consiglio sicuramente e spero tanto di ritornare a visitare questa splendida città.

Posto carino, in pieno centro a 2 passi dal chocomodica. Cordialità, pulizia e cortesia sono di casa in questa struttura. La camera è stata perfetta nonostante il freddo, le finestre sono risultate ben insonorizzate. Bagno pulito e funzionale, all'altezza delle nostre esigenze. Consigliato
