I see they have 7 on booking, they should change in Phoenix5….i give 5 to most important services of this hotel. The only good thing is the bed, close to SCS Wien and the pillows. We had a room just furnished but with corkroaches in the room , the pineapple from breakfast has little flees , and coffee? The worst….

Unsauber, sei es in der Dusche oder die Betten. Bilder sprechen für sich!!! Zusätzlich dürfte man ein Problem beim Lesen haben. Schild für nicht stören und bitte Raum machen wird konsequent ignoriert wenn man es auf Raum machen dreht!!! Das es sich noch Hotel nennen darf ist schon fraglich!!!

Ich habe mir ein paar der Bewertungen durchgelesen und wollte Mal meine Eindrücke weitergeben. Also Ankunft war echt super. Check-in verlief wirklich angenehm. Ich bin ca. um 16 Uhr gekommen und Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf den Zimmerkarten ist zwar ein etwas ein etwas älterer Klebezettel aber das sollte keinen stören. Zimmer sieht super aus und auch wenn es jetzt im Juli warm ist, mit der Klima ist das super schnell geregelt und angenehm zum schlafen. Dusche, Klo und Zimmer im allgemeinen in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vom Balkon habe ich nicht viel erwartet. Im Aschenbecher waren noch paar Zigaretten Stummel was etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber ansonsten super Lage und super Restaurant was dabei ist. Frühstück war auch immer gut mit genügend Auswahl und qualität.

So sah das Zimmer aus Benutze Wattestäbchen im Bad, mangelhafte bis gar keine Reinigung der Toilette, Benutze Handtücher des Vorherigen in dem Schrank, Lampen ohne Abdeckung, Dreck im Bett. Im Frühstücksraum stand noch überall das Geschirr und Essen vom Vortrag. Frühstück grundsätzlich auch nicht der Hit. Im Großen und Ganzen noch nicht mal als Notunterkunft zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hält nicht was es verspricht. Die Bilder im Internet matchen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität. Das Haus wird nur halbherzig geführt und der Service ist schlecht. Die Zimmer sehen abgewohnt aus. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das schlechte Frühstück. Für 2 Personen haben wir 123€ pro Nacht bezahlt was absolut zu teuer ist für dieses Haus. Der Fokus der Besitzer liegt auf dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und das Hotel wird irgendwie nebenbei mitgeführt, was aber für ein Haus in dieser Preisklasse absolut inakzeptabel ist.
