The hotel was great! Love how the staff handle us from check in to requesting item for our room! Only downside is there’s nothing around the hotel except for restaurant and about 20 minutes walk to groceries, everything is fine and great hotel!

Very convenient transfer hotel, colleagues said that the surrounding environment of Randford Central Station is very poor, so I chose this place, two subway stations to the airport, walk to the station for ten minutes. The hotel is right next to the home of the Frankfurt football team. The days without competition are very quiet. There are not many people. Although there will be planes, the windows are basically inaudible. The hotel has a large space, the room is large, the breakfast is rich, very clean, the waiter is very kind, rest assured.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with everything feeling fresh and in great condition. The room is not big but ok. There is no kettle but one bottle of mineral water provided, it is fine. Free shuttle bus is great. Online check-in and check-out is quick and convience. Overall speaking it is good. Next time I will still choose it to stay for one night in order to catch the flight in the morining.

Everything is fine at this hotel. However, the morning airport transfer is a mess. This is no queue. People without luggage may be in the end of middle of the queue, they can get on the 16-seat van without struggle. Those in the front with luggage cannot get on the van because they have to put their luggage at the back. So it’s better to rely on the bus to the airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
