Overall great experience in West western hotel mohali ... Great hospitality location was to good staff was inocent and Corporate room was neet and clean specially breakfast buffet is to good staff Mr Vikas Sharma he is very helpful person.. Thanks Mr vikas to give me wonderful service. 🩷🩷

Seems to be a relatively new hotel in Mohali. The rooms are good and well appointed. The Spa, so called swimming pool and the bar are all on the top floor. The bar always has a deserted look probably because they have hardly anything to offer. The buffet breakfast is quite nice (although it could be better) and the food just okayish. For what they offer in a buffet dinner, it feels over-priced. But surely you could come here for a comfortable stay if you are a Business traveller. The crew needs lots of polishing, seems they have just come out of college. And the restaurant staff needs to be more attentive towards guests rather than looking into oblivion.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant and service. Overall, my stay was decent, but not outstanding. The hotel has potential, but some attention to detail is needed.

I had an amazing experience in the property . The staff is extremely helpful and empathetic. I would like to specially mention an employee of MR Vishal Verma he was extremely nice , kind and patient with all the guests. He was very pleasant throughout the services and he made sure that everybody had an outstanding experience around him. Much appreciated employee like him.

Stay away from Aksay sharma , we went there with our family around 11:30 pm yesterday, when we entered over there and went to reception & ask about online booking through ******* , they ask more money depoist for minor children . Please make sure when u book online that best western mohali chandigarh because he is very greedy for money aksay sharma .

Very impressive. Vishal from guest services was brilliant. The hotel was absolutely amazing. Very impressed with everything - cleanliness, amenities, service. Definitely worth the price. Very fair. Would definitely return. Only suggestion for improvements would be better wifi system as had some problems connect.

We got easy early check in and stagf was cooperative. The room is good with all the necessities. food is also delicious. Vishal Verma was very kind and helpful. He is doing the best of his job. We got the facilities easily. Room was cleaned on time, and he was very quick as well.
