The hotel is absolutely amazing! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful with everything, even though I don’t speak Chinese. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel — it’s right in the heart of the city, super convenient, clean, and cozy. One of the best stays I’ve ever had! 🌟💖

The Hotel location is good, in town very central, boss is very friendly & polite, the bathroom had smart toilet, nearby got restaurant & mart, recommend!

Very central location. Owner was friendly and gave us frozen pear to try. Room was clean and warm at night. Bathroom have hot water and smart toilet. Would definitely recommend this place. :)

Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome.
Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to "work". Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10.

Positive: Convenient location. Room without window was super warm and had a modern bathroom. Helpful communication via WeChat.
To be improved: Sound insulation and some place to hang your towels in the bathroom.
Would stay again.

很滿意房間裏的智能馬桶。酒店附近有挺多的小吃點，走不遠還有超市和美食街。漠河舞廳離着挺近。早餐就在附近。總之很方便。酒店大廳也有開水和咖啡機。

交通便利，方便停車，房間乾淨，空調房，智能馬桶挺好的，出門直行就是一條街右轉幾百米就是漠河舞廳，出門直行兩條街左轉是北極星廣場，好評。
