Zaishanye Homestay

The stay was truly beyond expectations. The B&Bs I could find in the Arctic Village scenic area were either homely B&Bs or incredibly expensive hotels. This one offered excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it! 🌿 Details I particularly want to praise: ▶ The room was spacious, with a sofa and a large TV. Finally, I didn't have to sit on the bed the moment I entered. ▶ The decor was very stylish, with excellent product selection. The lighting and electric stove accents made the room very comfortable. ▶ The bedding was so comfortable, I could just sleep right next to it. Since the house is on the edge of the village, we slept with the windows open, which made for a very quiet night's sleep. ▶ While I personally prefer towels, some people find disposable towels more reassuring. ❗ The disposable slippers were excellent quality, the best available. ▶ Unlimited mineral water!!! Ask the owner, he's very generous. (Many hotels fret over little things like this, so I definitely want to praise the unlimited amount.) ▶The kettle was clean, and I made a warm, stomach-warming tea before bed. ▶The breakfast was hot!!! None of the hotels I've stayed at so far offer a hot buffet breakfast. While the variety wasn't huge, it was delicious. ▶The owner, the owner's wife, and the aunt were all so friendly, like visiting family. (Thanks to the owner's big umbrella, we didn't get wet while walking around the village.) ●I want to make sure every little detail the hotel and B&B puts in is noticed and appreciated. Reviews shouldn't just be about venting dissatisfaction; they need positive feedback! I hope everyone can find good owners and good guests!

The most important thing about visiting Arctic Village is choosing the right accommodation. With the goal of relaxing and unwinding, I decided to stay here for three nights, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! Away from the bustling commercial streets, the B&B is quiet and cozy, and it's a convenient walk to restaurants and the square. The owner and his family are warm and attentive, offering pick-up at the bus station, itinerary planning, food recommendations, and even staying at the B&B to assist us with any questions, no matter how late we stayed. The owner majored in art, and I love the B&B's elegant and local style. The wood-paneled rooms are filled with the tranquil scent of camphor and pine, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The bedding is immaculate, and the breakfast is freshly prepared. Seeing the owner's wife take off her shoes after cleaning the room and then enter to tidy it up, I can see how dedicated this family is to quality. If I come back to Arctic Village to see the snow, I'll choose this B&B again. I'm looking forward to seeing the small courtyard at Shanye B&B once the design is complete!

A must-stay in Arctic Village! Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. It was decorated with many natural ornaments, and the decor was very cozy and stylish. Amenities: The room had a small refrigerator, a smart toilet, and even a tape player. Cocktails and coffee were available on the basement floor. The amenities were very complete. Breakfast was also delicious, with the small cold dishes perfectly prepared. Service: After purchasing the tickets, we didn't choose to take the sightseeing bus since we weren't staying long in Arctic Village. The owner warmly picked us up and took us to the B&B. The location is great, a 7-minute walk from the central square, making it very quiet at night. We rented an electric scooter to drive around and saw a stunning sunset. It was a perfect day!
