Songyue Hotel

The service cannot be said to be bad, just average. After checking in, we washed the children's clothes, which were all yellow water, and the white clothes were stained and could not be washed. We asked the waiter, who contacted the manager, and the manager asked us to wash it ourselves. After a brief discussion, they dealt with it for us. Although the hotel cleaned it, it was still yellow. If the hotel had a more positive attitude at the beginning, it would be fine, but even though the manager had never met him and said it over the phone, that attitude alone was worth one point.

The room in this hotel is very clean and tidy. As soon as I entered the door, the bed was made very neatly and everything was placed in an orderly manner. The clean environment of the hotel made me feel comfortable and at ease. There were many choices for breakfast and the service was attentive and thoughtful. I enjoyed my stay. The room is OK! The service is very good! Very enthusiastic and patient. The child was not satisfied with the room at the beginning, so the waiter took us to look at each room and choose! They also gave us fruit upon check-in! If you have any questions, please contact the front desk and the problem will be solved quickly! The location of the hotel is also good! Close to Polaris Square. There is a campsite next to it and a square! Nice environment!

The room was okay, but the soundproofing was not very good. I could hear clearly the phone calls from the next room at around 7 o'clock in the morning.

It's a little far away from the county seat, but it's on the main street and you can reach the center of the county town after a short walk. The breakfast provided is average, so everything is 4 stars, good or bad.

The Songyue Hotel is amazing! From check-in to departure, my family and I felt meticulous care at every step. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable and soft, the bathroom is very clean and tidy, and all supplies are available. What impressed me most is the hotel staff. The staff are warm and friendly, and can always meet the guests' needs in the first time. Recommended to stay.
