건물은 오래되었으나 친절한사장님 그리고청결한 내부상태 잠잘오는침대 저렴한비용으로 가성비좋은 호텔입니다. 올해 목포에 또한번 갈 계획인데 이용하고 싶어요 90년대 감성이 기억나는 호텔이네요^^

시설이 대체적으로 너무 낡았고 관리가 안되고 있습니다.
침구류 교환도 안되서 머리카락 먼지 액체 얼룩등 불결합니다.
기본제공 되는 치약 로션등이 유통기한이 많이지났고 변기와 샤워시설이 고장났지만 보수가 안되고있습니다
