쏘쏘 괜찮은 정도입니다만, 세부적인 관리가 부족합니다.
-카드키 보관 종이 없이 카드만 전달
-조식 때 부족한 메뉴 얘기하니 대답없이 조리사에게 전달. 조식 다 먹고나니 리필
-전기차, 장애인주차구역에 무분별한 주차로 전기차 충전 못 함(야간이라 전화 안 받음)

21만원에 1박예약.평이 좋아 예약했는데 지하주차장만차라 길에주차하라고 안내함.호텔주변을 동네를 다돌아도 길에도 주차할데가없어 난감ㅠ.호텔에 주차를 못한다는건 생각조차못해봤는데..더 황당한건 호텔 욕실에 악취. 너무심해서 5초도 버틸수없을만큼 역한화장실냄새.프론트에 전화했더니 변기안에 물이안찰수가있는데 그래서 냄새가 올라오는거라며 변기레버를 눌러 다시물을채우고 사용하라고함. 이게호텔인지 시골 민박인지..심한냄새로 너무불쾌하고 여행을 망쳤음. 냄새로 잠도설치고..왠만해선 리뷰안쓰는데 21만원에 이런서비스를 받으니 너무 어이없고 화가남

시설 관리가 잘 되어있고,
시설물들이 짜임새있게 배치되어 편리함.
편안한 여행이 되어서 재방문도 할 것 같음.
단 화장실에서 변기안 봉수 문제로 냄새가 나서 좀 불편했음.

두번째 방문인데 진짜 실망입니다
욕실 샤워수전은 너덜거리는데 청소하면서 봤을텐데도 그 상태로 손님 받는건 기본이 안되어 있는 것 같네요
다시는 안가겠지만 기본은 지켰으면 합니다

엘리베이터와 로비 방향제 냄새가 너무 강해요.. 화장실 객실 침구 깨끗해요. 소음은 조금 있습니다. 스타일러 좋아요. 비데가 망가져서 아쉬웠어요.

객실이 많아서 그런지 주차는 조금 어려울 수도 있지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 다만 음식점이 모여있는 곳과는 거리가 쪼금 있어요~ 스타일러도 있고 만족합니다.

가족들과 다같이 간 여행으로 숙박을 했어요.
일단 룸상태는 굉장히 깨끗해요.
레스토랑도 이용해봤어야 했는데, 아쉽네요.
주차장이 넓은편인데 평일에도 불구하고 자리가 없네요.
도로가에 주차해도 문제가 없어서 도로가에 주차했습니다.
